Terms & Conditions
1. Cancelations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and become effective upon receipt by NatureSoul Adventures.
2. Events, Bespoke and Exclusive Bookings
This policy applies to corporate events, private group events, tailor-made experiences, exclusive reservations and any booking requiring dedicated personnel, vehicles, external equipment, security coordination, advance preparation or third-party commitments.

60 or more days before the scheduled date: no cancellation charge; any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

30 to 59 days before the scheduled date: cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total agreed booking value.

Less than 30 days before the scheduled date: cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total agreed booking value.
Cancellation charges are calculated on the total agreed booking value and remain payable regardless of whether a deposit or any other payment has already been made.
Any additional non-recoverable third-party expenses requested or approved by the client and not included in the agreed booking value will also remain payable.
3. Standard Activities Booked Through the Website
This policy applies exclusively to standard activities booked through the NatureSoul Adventures website at the published price and without customised logistics, exclusive arrangements or additional third-party services.

72 hours or more before the scheduled starting time: full refund.

Between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled starting time: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled starting time: no refund.
Failure to attend or late arrival that prevents participation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Activities booked through an external platform or travel agency are subject to the cancellation policy displayed by that platform or agreed with that agency.
4. Force Majeure
Activities may be modified or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, extreme weather, strikes, or governmental restrictions. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
5. Participant Responsibility & Risk Acknowledgment
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
Participants are required to:
• Follow instructions from guides and staff
• Have a basic level of physical fitness
• Act responsibly during the activity
NatureSoul Adventures is responsible for providing appropriate equipment, experienced guides, and selecting the safest possible routes.
6. Extra Expenses
Any additional services or requests not included in the original agreement (e.g. extra activities, transfers, or services) will be charged and paid on-site by the client.
7. Changes by the Client
Any significant changes (date, number of participants, program structure) may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the above cancellation policy.
8. Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 10 working days after the completion of the activity. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
No refund will be issued for unused services.
9. Photography & Media
During the activity, photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. If a participant does not wish to appear in such material, they must notify NatureSoul Adventures in writing in advance.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will first be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the Courts of Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
NatureSoul Adventures operates in accordance with applicable EU regulations, including Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
