Follow the Iron Path

Via Ferrata means “iron path”: a mountain route equipped with fixed steel cables, metal steps and climbing aids.

After equipment fitting and a safety briefing, follow your guide across rocky passages and exposed sections. Learn how to use the equipment and move along the route with instruction and supervision throughout.

Rock, Mountain and Sea

Find your footing on the limestone and your balance as you traverse the rock. Along the way, take in the rugged valleys and open views towards the Libyan Sea.

The experience brings together physical effort, concentration and time in the mountains.

A Challenge That Suits You

This advanced activity requires good physical fitness, steady balance and confidence at heights. The route involves exposed terrain and sustained effort, and is not suitable for people with a significant fear of heights.

Previous climbing experience may not be essential for suitably prepared participants, subject to the guide’s assessment.
